Downward, Mister General? General Ridgway, Commanding General of the Nato Forces in Europe, is said to have the idea to resign his position if there is an appropriate accuesor . Firt of all however, The general and his Family are gone to Garmisch Partenkirchen in order to spend a one-week recreation stay in the snow-covered Bavarian Alps.
