Admiral retires; The only serviceable Swordfish biplane left Daedalus Royal Naval air station at Lee-on-Solent, Hants, after being brought out of "mothballs" yesterday to take Vice Admiral Sir Richard Janvrin, 55, Flag Officer Naval Air command, to an airfield near his home at Fairfield, Glos, and his own retirement. Sir Richard, pictured yesterday, piloted a Swordfish in the attack on Taranto in 1940.
