Mr. Herbert Murray.: Mr. Harry Jasper leader of the Jasper Group of Companies - Mr. Herbert Murray, Manager of the State Building Society - and Mr. Frederick Grunwild former Managing Director of Jasper Companies appeared in court this morning - charged with offences under the Prevention of Frauds Investment Act.
