"Germany's Butler No. 1".. ... during the visit of the Japanese Emperor in West-Germany will be Hermann Jittler (64) in October in the Japanese embassy-residence in Cologne. Presumably he is more orientated about the Far-East customs and habits than anybody else, because he has been working for Japanese Embassies since he was 21 years old. Hermann Jittler has also served for Heuss, Lubka, Adenauer and Stresemann.
