Prince Charles and those engagement rumours: After the lady Jane Wellesley engagement rumour, there followed another that set tongues wagging; when Prince Charles was seen off by Miss Janine Milne, when they had both been weekend guests at the house of Mr. Joseph Nickerson in Tecsdale, Yorkshire.
