G. William Miller, Chairman of the Federal Reserve Board spoke before a meeting of the national association of mutual savings banks today in the grand Ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria hotel. Mr. Miller said it would take from five to eight years to bring inflation down to an "acceptable" rate.
