17 Dies When Giant Freighter Hits Houses: 17 People were killed today when a giant R.A.F. Severely transport plane crashed in flames and ploughed into houses in the village of Dayton, near Abingdon. Two of those who died were occupant's of the wrecked noises, and the other were aboard the aircraft. Photo Shows Rescue worker seen midst the wreckage after the crash today.
