American spy at the court.; In September 1954 the two American brothers James and William Starr had eloped with the technical draughtsman Franz Neugebauer along the AVUS-highway to the east zone of Germany. The both Americans were working together with the Soviet secret service in east-Berlin. At the beginning of this year Henry William Starr was arrested on the Tempelhof-airfield, but it is still unknown where his brother stays at present. OPs: HENRY WILLIAM STARR together with his defender Dr. PROSKAUER at the 2nd great criminal court of the Berlin civil court.
