New styles at European Hatting Convention in London.: A number of sporting personalities were to be seen at London ~eer House, Park Lane, this morning trying out new style British hats at the European Hatting Convention - held in London for the first time. Photo shows Perry Spriggs of Cobh~m, Surrey and footballer Cliff Jones looking at a model of the Delta ing Bomber as they both wear "Delta" brim hats - which is a development of the sporting Robin Hood shapes - and having a sharp side-curl with a narrow dip across the front of the brim - at the convention this morning.
