Team Named For Ulster Inquiry: The Home Secretary Mr. Maudling, last night announced that Sir Edmund Compton, the Northern Ireland 'Ombudsman' is to be chairman of the committee of inquiry into allegations of brutality by the Army in the recent internment operation in Ulster. The other members of the committee will be Dr. Ronald Gibson and Mr. Edgar Fay, Q.C. Phot Shows Sir Edmund Compton, who is head the inquiry.
