A Tree Gets That "Sack" Look.. Mr. Norman Tree - Is Interested: When twenty two plane trees were felled in Birdeage Walk last year - it was arranged for two to be transplanted to fill gaps.. They are now wrapped in sacking top prevent the loss of moisture- and will continue under their protective wrapping until next spring. Picture Shows: Mr. Norman Tree- who comes from Leeds, Yorkshire- is interested in one of the sack covered trees in Brideage Walk today.
