Druids Hail Spring With Ceremony at Tower Hill Springtime in the City was heralded today when the white robed druids gathered at the Tower of London for their annual ceremony of the Spring Equinox of the Sun. The ceremony is held at Tower Hill because the Druids believe there is an ancient Britons' burial ground under the White Tower.
