No Sculptor Win the TUC's Big Money. Sculptors' entries for a competition run by the T.U.C. were not good enough for the top prizes - two of $1,000, one of $500 and of $250, it was announced yesterday. Artists were asked to submit ideas for two pieces at the new TUC headquarters, going up in Bloomsbury.
