The Happy Mixture Mixing time at a Brixton play group yesterday for three year old Miranda Thomas, the granddaughter of Mr. William Whitelaw, deputy leader of the conservative party, who told a weekend meeting of immigrant leader that she could not recognize any difference in colour. "I am very happy about that" he said. She is seen with three year old Mark Withers which make a happy mixture.
