Piggy back hero wins award: Eight years-old Stuart Bell turned hero when fire broke out at his home, He gave his baby sister, two year old Julie, a piggy-back ride to safety, and then helped his invaled mother who has an artificial leg, down the stat then he phoned the fire brigade and tried to put the fire out with a milk bottle of water. For this he received the Caxton Young Citiseb Award during the ceremony at the Mansion House, home of the Lord Mayor of London. Photo shows Stuart Bell showing how he carried his sist Julie from the fire.
