Investiture: Little Julie Russell is a very proud of her Dad Captain Anthony Russell and when only two guest tickets arrived to see her Daddy receive his M.B.E. from the Queen it looked as if Julia would be disappointed. But Julie wrote to the Palace and as a result Julie was also invited. Today Julie was at Buckingham Palace to see her father receive his M.B.E. Photo shows Captain Anthony Russell looks proudly down at his daughter who holds his M.B.E.
