Detectives discover bank raid after weekend search after Radio ham picks up the gang's messages.: Detectives discovered today the big bank robbery after their weekend search following a tip-off from a radio ham who eavesdropped on a walkie-talkie conservation between members of the gang while at work and one of the comments was "were sitting on 300,000. The 'ham" tape recorded the messages and the called the police. Photo shows the bank manager explains to a customer that there will be no business today following the discovery of the raid.
