After the opinion of experts of the German National Museum; in Nuremborg the so-called "Nuremberg Gold Helmet" which was found by the brick layer Micheal Dcerner some time ago when he was rooting out tree-trunk near by the small frankonian village Etzeeldorf, is supposed to be 3500 years old. Now this precious and valuable piece which is coming from the early bronze time was all ed to be photographed by press correspondents for the first time. The "Gold-Helmet" - probably an object of worship - is embossed of pure gold containing 24 carats and has a weight of about 500 grams. Photo Shows Miss Raum, assistant of Dr. Raschke, is just to compose the many separate pieces of the gold helmet. Later on the discovered helmet is to regain its original shape by means of a pattern made already of felt being long (standing right).

Photo measures 6 x 8 inches.

Photo is dated 03-03-1953.
