1974 Press Photo Ther Vermer painting "The Guitar Player" which was stolen

Stolen Vermer Painting found.: Ther Vermer painting "The Guitar Player" which was stolen in February from Kenwood House, Hampstead, was found last night in a City churchyard by detectives from Scotland Yard's Flying Squad. The painting was found at St. Bartholomew - the Great church, and taken to Scotland yard for examination by experts. It is valued at £1,250,000. Photo shows the Verger, Sydney Walker, who lives on the church premises, pictured outside the church today.

Photo measures 8 x 10.25 inches.
