The Secrets of European Fashion
In Lucerne an American "Fashion Institute" opened its gates. For a fee of 8,000 dollars! young American boys and girls can here be taught the "secrets of European fashion". The first course, during 16 months, is attended by 40 students. The second will be attended by more than 150, as the director of the new institute declared.
