Senator Claiborne Pell, A Member Of The US-Delegation In The UN Conference, Was Supposed To Read And Distribute The Speech Above Aboard The Boat "Noah's Arc On Friday Morning. The Crew Of The "Noah's Arc" Follows The Different Environment-Conferences That Take Part In Stockholm. During The Night Between Thursday And Friday The Boat Sailed Away Without Anyones Knowledge And To A Unknown Destiny. Because Of This, The Senator Had To Go Back To The Conference.
