Major General K.D. Nichols (U.S.A. Ret.), whose resignation as General Manager for the Atomic Energy Commission was effective April 30, 1955 is awarded the Commission's Certificate of Distinguished Service at Commission Headquarters, Washington D.C., 28 April 1955.
