Nansen medal handed over to Deputy; A ceremony was held in Geneva office of the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Refugees recently - in which the Nansen model was handed over to Major General Lyne for transmission to Mr. David Hugget - at the latter's Cheltenham home. The medal was in honour of Mr. Hogget's work for the refugees but he was unable to attend the ceremony as he is a permanent invalid as result of an accident which occurred when he was trying to help refugees.
