Nansen medal handed over to Deputy; A ceremony was held in Geneva office of the High Commissioner of the United Nations for Refugees recently - in which the Nansen model was handed over to Major General Lyne for transmission to Mr. David Hugget - at the latter's Cheltenham home. The medal was in honour of Mr. Hogget's work for the refugees but he was unable to attend the ceremony as he is a permanent invalid as result of an accident which occurred when he was trying to help refugees. Photo Shows Dr. Lindt the high Commissioner for Refugees (left) presents the medal of Major General Lyne during the ceremony in Geneva.
