New French budget: Tex increase on high revenues - currency restrictions cancelled.: Francois Ortoli, France's new Finance Minister, outlined some of the main details of the new budget adopted by the cabinet meeting yesterday. Measures to ~~ absorb the deficit caused by the May-June events and projects to boost Economic Expansion have been worked out by the DeGaulle Government.
