1958 Press Photo Odeon Theatre Rehearsal For Wyatt Earp Man Cuts Face In Fight

Accident During Wyatt Earp Rehearsal for Variety Show. Opponents is Injured During Fight Scene. A rehearsal was hold this afternoon at the Odeon Theatre, Tottenham Court Road - for the Western Variety show which opens on Boxing Day - starring Hugh O'Brian the TV "Wyatt Earp"... During the fight scene rehearsal - O'Brian caught his opponent- Jack Cooper (32) who fell and caught his face on the corner of a prop table... Cooper was rushed to hospital - with possible concussion. Keystone Photo Shows: Two pictures - showing O'Brian (right) during the fight scene with Jack Cooper after which the latter hit his face on the table - and other picture shown O'Brian in centre as he helps in the first aid on Cooper after the accident.
