Husband was "Gaga" says Qc~in $ 120,000 action by widow: A wealthy shipowner of 78, who died on 18 days after marrying a 38 year old cashier from his West End Club, was "completely gaga" at the rime of the wedding four years ago, it was stated in the High Court today. On that ground a nephew of the shipowner claims that the marriage was null and void. And on the result of this claim depends te $120,000 estate of the shipowner, Mr. Robert Park, now 42, of Camden Street, St. Pancras, claims nephew, Mr. Peter Langley Park, opposes her claim because of Mr. Perk's mental condition.
