Colonel Norman Shakes hands with defence Minister.: Colonel Frank Norman, 56 year old Chairman of the Westminster Chamber of Commerce was arrested in his Regent Street Office yesterday and charged with being concerned in the attempted export of £214,000 worth of copper to being the Iron Curtain. He was released and bail - an then last evening he attended a banquet at the Dorchester Hotel and responded to a toast - to the Westminster Chamber of Commerce - after it had been proposed by Mr. Lloyd George the Food Minster. Three men were on Wednesday remanded at Bow Street on bail of £27,500 on similar charges, A guest of Honour at the dinner was Fieldmarshal Lord Alexander of Tunis the Minister of Defence.
