Ceremony in Cairo: The new trade and payments agreements between Egypt and East Germany were signed recently in the office of Dr. Mohamed Abou Nosseir, Minister of Commerce and Industry in the presence of members of both East German and Egyptian delegations in Cairo. Photo shows Herr Heinrich Rau, East German Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Trade signs for his country while Dr. Mohamed Abou Nosseir signs for Egypt.
