Reception to Mark award of Novel Prize.: Dr. G.J. van Heuven Goodhart, the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, will, in Oslo on Saturday, receive the Nobel Peace Prize for 1954 on behalf of the High Commission - and this evening in London, Dr. Goodhart attended a reception in honour of the award, held in the Ballroom of the English-Speaking Union, Charles-street. The reception, which was sponsored jointly by the United Nations Association and the British Council for Aid to Refugees, was also attended by two British Nobel Peace Prize Winner, Sir Norman Angell (1953), author of "The Great Illusion", and Lord Boyd Orr (1949), who received the award on his retirement from the position of Executive Director of the Foods and Agriculture Organisation. Dr. G.J. van Heuvan Goodhart was been in Bussum, Netherlands, on March 19th, 1901.
