With A Broken Foot: on April 7th, 1978 the Federal Minister of Defense, Dr. Hans Apel, saw &, Supreme Allied Commander Europe (Saceur) in Bonn (West-Germany). It was the first visit of the General after the entering upon office of Federal Minister Apel. The broken foot, Dr. Apel got during his last holidays. Photo shows. General Alexander M.
