Egyptian Ambassador Arrives: One of the last men to hear today's news from Cairo was Abul Rahman Hakki, Egyptian Ambassador to Britain. He was in a Paris hotel on his way back to london from a conference in Cairo when he heard of General Neguib's fall. He arrived at Victoria this evening. Photo shows.
