TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF NATIONAL THEATRE. The "Topping Out" ceremony for the £10 million National Theatre on the South Bank, London, took place yesterday. Photo Shows:- Tasmin, 10, and Julie-Kate, 6, topped up with builder's "gear" as they sat with their mother Lady Oliver to listen to Lord Oliver's speech during yesterday's "topping out" ceremony. With them is Baroness Lee, for Minister for the Arts.
