Empress' paintings exhibited to the public - The Empress, Princess Michiko and Princess Hitachi, visited the Japan Art Academy building in Ueno, Tokyo, where the exhibition of the Empress' paintings and calligraphy has been held. This is the first exhibition of works of art by a member of the Imperial family opened to the public.
