Erich Ollenhauer for the 4th time has become first chairman of the SPD. His two deputies, enjoying equal rights, Waldemar von Knoeringen (left side) and Herbert Wehner (right side) with him together will be the first of the SPD. Erich Ollenhauer from 380 votes was getting 319 votes. Valdemar Von Knofringen was getting 346 votes and Herbert Wehner 298 votes
