Maltese Prime Minister at no. 10 Downing Street for talks with the Prime Minister: Mr. Dom Mintoff, the Maltese Prime Minister, has flown to London, and today went to no. 10 Downing Street for talks with Mr. Harold Wilson. It is expected that he will seek an assurance from the Labour Government that there will be no cut-back of British Forces on Malta following their review of defence spending.
