Soviet Delegates attends Radio Conference: Lord De La Warr, Postmaster General, today opened the seventh plenary assembly of the International Radio Consultative Committee, at Church House, Westminster. A party of Russian radio engineers, women among them, led by Conred Jsingovatov, attended the assembly.
