Soviet Delegates attends Radio Conference: Lord De La Warr, Postmaster General, today opened the seventh plenary assembly of the International Radio Consultative Committee, at Church House, Westminster. A party of Russian radio engineers, women among them, led by Conred Jsingovatov, attended the assembly. Photo shows Mr. Jsingovatov, of the Soviet Union, and Mme. Erehovar of the Ukraine, chatting together before the opening of the assembly at Church House.
