Hole-in-the-hear Cricketer - fighting his way back. Star of New South Wales Team.: Neil Marks was idol of the New South Wales Sheffield Shield Cricket team - at the age of 20 - two and a half years ago - making a great name for himself as a century getter. It was then discovered that he had a hole-in-his-heart. Now after three delicate heart operations - two in Sydney and one in the United States - Neil is ready to make a come-back . He does not expect to be able to score quite as many runs as before - for the time being - and he says that he will not trying for selection in the Sheffield shield team this season. He says that he fully expects to be as 'good-as-ever' by the end of the season-then the opposing bowlers just have to 'look-out'. Photo shows Neil Marks - eyes closed tongue out- makes a stroke worth at least four runs - as he gets ready for his come-back
