Preparing for the Lonliest race: Fifteen lone yachtsmen who will race each other for 3,500 miles across the Atlantic Ocean, are busy preparing themselves and their yachts, at Plymouth for the race which begins on Saturday, May 23rd. Photo shows Dr. R. McCurdy who is entering in a 40 ft. Bermudian ketch, is seen making his preparations at Plymouth.
