1977 Press Photo New York Black Out, The Day After

The ''day after'': There were no newspapers for delivery in the morning (came out later). In many restaurants there was no food served, but there was plenty of liquor. Looters were arrested and moved from one jail to another for overbooking. (There were more 3500 arrests made).
