1980 Press Photo Yippie Leader Abbie Hoffman

Abbie Hoffman, a yippie leader of the 1960's surrendered in Manhattan today. Mr. Hc Hoffman jumped bail in 1974 when he was charged with selling cocaine. Photo shows Mr. Hoffman at a news conference held at his publishers G.P. Putman's sons after he was released on his own reconnaissance.
