Three New Judges Sworn In at the House of Lords.
Three new judges were sworn in as judges of the High Court of Justice during a ceremony at the House of Lords today.
They are His Honour Judge Geoffrey Walter Wrangham, Mr. Herbert Edmund Davies, Q.C. and Mr. Richard Augustine Elwes Q.C.
