Stationary Office â The Governmentâs White Paper on the Common Market, setting out the prospective entry and the Cabinet views upon them, were published today by H.M. Stationary Office. This evening the Prime Minister Mr. Edward Heath, will address the nation on the terms for British EEC entry on television.
