Description
The Hunt For Kim's Killer: Led by Detective Superintendent Jim Axon of Scotland Yard's Murder Squad, more than 100 detectives held the biggest man-hunt that London's East End has ever seen yesterday. They were hunting for the killer of little seven-year-old Kim Roberts, the Stepney girls whose body was found in Watts Wood, 15 miles away in Purfleet. The detectives mounted road blocks near KIM's home, questioning passing motorists and pedestrians and combing the district for clues. Photo Shows: Detective Superintendent Axon (left) holds a consultation with his colleagues in Stepney yesterday.

Photo measures 8 x 10 inches.
