The blues new durth horse joke renaned hanneibal it winsor. A four year-old skewbald gelding, has been chosen as the new drum horse of the Royal horse guards (The blues) , he has replaced the regiments famous drum horse Pompey, which died in July. Joker which was the name of the horse has now been renamed Hannibal by the regiment, Hannibal, of 17.1 hands, was bred by sir Edward Forster at Newport, Shropshire - he was bought by the army three weeks ago. photo shows Trooper, A.
