The whole college came to bid farewell.: 800 girls of the Girl's High School Bad Cannstatt came to Echterdingen air field near Stuttgart to bid farewell to Miss Ruth Hess, an American guest-teacher goACing back to America. There were tears on both sides and miss Hess promised to "scold' her director as he called her back so early. Originally she was to stay until August.
