Carnival on the Rhine: Not even hostile weather conditions could lessen the joyous carnival traditions on bridge over the River Rhine which connects Rheinfelden/West germany and Rheinfelden/Switzerland. Customarily on the days of carnival Germans and Swiss do not tend to stress their national particularities. Clowns all look the same.
