Preparing for the tourist season - What with wallowing In the mud for most of the day, a young hippo is happy to take the opportunity of having a bath and the latest youngster to arrive at the Lions of Longleat animal kingdom, Esme, is no different. With the help of little Suzanne Cawley, the baby hippo got 8 general clean-up for the summer tourist season. Suzanne, the daughter of Mary ChipperfieId (of circus family fame) and Roger Cawley who together run the wildlife section of the Marquis of bath's estate, was happy to help Esme. Armed with the garden hose and an old scrubbing brush, Suzanne went to work, but it proved hard work so the two friends decided to take a nap after the job was complete.
