Rosenthal this time with technical Ceramics: The possibilities of the modern technical ceramic is demonstrated by the construction of the stall of Rosenthal Technik AG on the Hannover-Fair 1974. In front of the stall, Philip Rosenthal (right) and Heinz Graiffenberger, speaker of Rosenthal Tecknik AG, with a longrod insulator for 110-KV-overhead lines the stall is 8 m in diameter and grouped self-supporting around a 7 m high insulator pillar of three parts. The supporting post, made of aluminum oxide porcelain, can take up a bending-stress of 57,000 mkp, that means a bending-stranght of 7500 kp on the top of the supporting post. The technical ceramics will be the strongest sales product of the Rosenthal Group.
