95 Year-Old Catherine Bramwell-Booth Receives 'Speaker of The Year' Award 95 year-old Commissioner Catherine Bramwell-Booth, Granddaughter of the founder of the Salvation Army, Gen. William Booth, was presented with the award as 'Best Speaker of the Year' by the Guild of Professional Toastmasters at Most and Chandons London headquarters, Mount St. This award was the idea of Ivor Spencer, President of the Guild who has listened to over 25000 speeches in his time as a toastmaster. Photo Shows:- Commissioner Catherine Bramwell-Booth, 95, left, and her two sisters Col Olive Booth, 87, centre and Maj Dora Booth, 85, being toasted by the toasted by the toastmasters during the ceremony.
