The Discovery Of A Dead Man At A Monastry Led Italian police To The Discovery of Cigarette Smuggling: The death of a man outside the monastry of the Capuchin Friars in Albano, a little village about 20 kms from Rome, led the Italian police during their investigations to discover a traffic in the smuggling of foreign cigarettes. During the course of their inquiries they found 36 cases of the cigarettes deposited at the Monastry. It appears that a truck arrived during the night to unload the cigarettes at the monastry and during this operation one of the drivers was killed. Photo shows. One of the Capuchin Friars looks on as the police removed the cigarettes from the monastry at Albano.

Photo measures 10.25 x 8 inches.
